Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. No Return on Correct Items

If the product matches the description and is not damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns based on change of mind, size issues, or color preferences once the correct product has been delivered.

3. Out of Stock Situations

In rare cases, if a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours via call or WhatsApp.
You will be given the option to select an alternative product or request a full refund.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply if the order is cancelled due to out-of-stock items.

4. Return Process

  • Email us at thearni.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • After approval, the product must be shipped back at your own cost.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
